STEM Night: How is AI Evolving the World Around Us? will take place on Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 4:30pm-6pm.
In this virtual event, hosted by the New York Hall of Science, we will explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the world – as well as some of the different kinds of STEM careers in this field.
Artificial Intelligence is increasingly becoming part of our everyday lives – and there’s so much more to come.
Whether it’s talking to a smart home device, or getting a movie recommendation via a streaming service – most people interact with AI everyday.
AI also has the ability to change the world for the better, and intersects with many industries – transportation, education, medicine, healthcare, manufacturing, science – just to name a few.
This event will feature a STEM Panel, as well as breakout conversations focused around specific computer science and AI fields – giving youth participants the opportunity to connect with industry professionals.
Join us and meet some of the scientists and researchers working on AI at some of the world’s leading innovation companies and research institutions.
Date: Thursday, May 20, 2021
Time: 4:30pm – 6pm
